葛静深,男,中国海洋大学，文学与新闻传播学院，汉语国际教育系，副教授。
2.学历学位
2012年毕业于中国石油大学（华东）文学院俄语专业，学士学位
2014年毕业于别尔哥罗德国立大学（俄罗斯）国际交流与国际关系学院，语文学，硕士学位
2017年毕业于别尔哥罗德国立大学（俄罗斯）国际交流与国际关系学院，语言理论，博士学位
3.承担课程
研究生课程：话语分析理论与方法，汉语作为第二语言教学，俄语区语言文化专题等；
本科生课程：语言学概论；汉语视听说、翻译基础等。
4.学术兼职
青岛市语言学会理事、Feminist Media Studies, Health Communication, Humanities and Social Sciences Communications等国际期刊外审专家。

1.主持国家语委“十四五”科研规划2024年度部级一般项目（中青班项目）“西方话语对新疆少数民族语言政策的污名化及中国的应对策略研究”。
2.主持山东省社会科学规划研究项目“‘一带一路’背景下齐鲁文化对外传播话语体系建构研究”。
3.主持青岛市社科规划项目“青岛市‘一带一路’地方话语体系建构路径研究”。
4.主持中央高校基本业务费项目“当代俄罗斯北极话语体系建构研究”。
